SHIPPING

– How long will my order take to ship?

Each product is made to order in the United States of America. Average shipping times are 3-7 business days. THIS CAN VARY, so please be patient and reach out if you have any questions. Our clothes are way nicer than the other mass produced items you buy online, so order easy and know that you are getting a high quality USA made one of a kind product.

– How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping cost will be calculated based on order weight, size, and current international rates for your country. We charge you less than the actual cost to ship and costs will vary. You can see the final shipping charge at the final screen of the checkout process.

– Has my order shipped yet?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when the order goes out that will have your tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder before emailing us. If you used Paypal, an email may have been sent to the email address setup with them.

– Do you ship internationally?

We can quite nearly ship anywhere in the world. If for some reason you go to check out and it shows otherwise, contact us!

– I’m international. Will I have to pay VAT or customs fees in addition to shipping costs?

Depending on your country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges that we are unable to prepay or even predict. Governments are greedy, and we apologize for that. We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or other tariffs your government may charge.

However, you should check with your local customs office to find out what you will incur locally such as taxes, duties, or other tariffs. Misuse of the “gift” designation may result in your package being delayed at customs, or even returned to us.

– I’m international. Is it normal for orders to take this long once shipped?

International shipping times vary from 7-15+ days. Once we send out the order, it is in the postal services hands and we have no control over how long it takes to get to you from there. If the status does not change on your tracking number for longer than 15 days, try calling your local postal service. Once it leaves the US, your order is transferred from USPS to your countries local postal service.

– My order has been in customs long enough for me to worry. Is this normal?

Orders going through customs do vary on time depending on that customs office. If you are worried that your order has not updated in awhile, try giving them a call. Sometimes they hold on to orders and will not let customers know unless they get a hold of them.

– What shipping service do you use?

Domestic Orders

We use USPS for all domestic orders. All orders will be sent USPS Priority (2-Business Day Guarantee) unless the order is too large for standard packaging. Then the order will automatically be upgraded to next logical shipping method. (this will not affect the time it takes us to process and manufacture your order)

International Orders

We use USPS to ship the order out, but right when it leaves the US it becomes a part of your countries local postal service. If you are having any trouble with your order, contact your countries local post office and not USPS. USPS can no longer give any info on the order once it leaves the US. Average transit times vary from 7-15 days on all international orders. Sometimes longer depending on customs.

PRODUCT INFO AND PRINTING

– How are your products made?

Premium (Sublimation):

Sublimation printing is the process of printing on specialized paper, and transferring those prints to fabric using heat and pressure to convert and bond dye inks to fabric fibers.

Our Premium Tee + Hoodie feature beautiful, full color, edge-to-edge graphics that are sublimation printed on our cotton-soft, proprietary, poly-cotton blend. It’s then cut & sewn by hand for a seamless finished product, made to order entirely in the USA 🇺🇸. Our prints are unparalleled in quality, with detail and rich tones you wouldn’t think possible on fabric… and they never fade, decolorize, or wear!

DTG (Direct-To-Garment):

We utilize the latest generation of DTG (direct-to-garment) technology known as Direct-to-Film or DTF (you can see why we choose not to use that terminology, haha). This is the eco-friendly process of printing directly onto fabric using specialized, industrial inkjet printers and a thin, stretchy, permanent film/adhesive. The finished product is extremely vibrant and soft with a lifetime print that will never fade or crack, printed right here is the USA 🇺🇸. The tees are 100% cotton and the hoodies are 80% cotton and 20% polyester.

– What’s the premium material like?

Unlike other brands we directly source our own fabrics and do 100% of all production in-house for premium products. We’re really particular about the feel of our clothes. We’ve gone to great lengths to secure fabrics that are ethically sourced with the highest level of softness possible for a poly-cotton blend. In fact, the sharpness and rich color of our prints paired with the darkness of our blacks is among the best in the world. The premium garments are guaranteed to be some of the softest clothes you’ll ever have felt. None of that gross, polyester-y sheen typical in cheaper sublimated products.

There are several benefits:

High resolution images

All-over print with unlimited colors

You don’t ‘feel’ the ink on the shirt and colors never fade

  Our shirts don’t shrink

Proper Care Instructions

Premium Apparel (Sublimation):

Washing:

  1. Separate: Ideally, it’s best to separate your sublimated apparel from other clothing items to prevent color bleeding.
  2. Turn Inside Out: Before washing, turn the garment inside out. This helps protect the printed design and minimize friction against other clothing.
  3. Use Cold Water: Use cold water for washing, as hot water can damage the fabric and prints.
  4. Mild Detergent: Use a mild, color-safe detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can fade or damage the sublimated designs.
  5. Gentle Cycle: Select the gentle cycle on your washing machine. If handwashing, be gentle and avoid wringing or twisting the garment.
  6. Avoid Fabric Softeners: Fabric softeners can affect the sublimated prints and should be avoided.
  7. Zippers and Fasteners: Close zippers and fasteners to prevent them from snagging or damaging the apparel during washing.

Drying:

  1. Air Dry: The best way to dry sublimated apparel is to air dry it. Hang the garment on a clothesline or a hanger, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  2. Low Heat: If you choose to use a dryer, set it to a low heat or delicate cycle. High heat can damage the fabric and prints over time.
  3. Remove Promptly: Remove the apparel from the dryer promptly to prevent wrinkling and to maintain its shape.

Ironing/De-Wrinkling:

  1. Low Heat Setting: If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting on your iron. Always check the care label to see if ironing is recommended.
  2. Iron Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out before ironing. This protects the printed design and prevents direct contact with the iron.
  3. Use a Pressing Cloth: Place a pressing cloth (a clean piece of cotton fabric) between the iron and the sublimated design to further protect it.
  4. Avoid Steam: Avoid using steam as it can damage the sublimated prints. Use a dry iron.

(DTG) Direct-To-Garment Apparel (Cotton Tees & Hoodies):

Washing:

  1. Separate: Wash your DTG-printed apparel separately from other clothing items (if possible) to prevent color bleeding.
  2. Turn Inside Out: Before washing, turn the garment inside out. This protects the DTG prints from abrasion and friction.
  3. Cold Water: Use cold water for washing to minimize the risk of fading or damage to the prints.
  4. Mild Detergent: Use a mild, color-safe detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can harm the DTG prints.
  5. Gentle Cycle: Select the gentle cycle on your washing machine. If handwashing, be gentle and avoid wringing or twisting the garment.
  6. Fasten Zippers and Buttons: Close zippers, buttons, and fasteners to prevent them from snagging the apparel during washing.

Drying:

  1. Air Dry: Air drying is the best option for DTG-printed apparel. Hang the garment on a clothesline or a hanger away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  2. Low Heat: If using a dryer, set it to a low heat or delicate cycle. High heat can damage the fabric and prints, especially for the 100% cotton tees.
  3. Remove Promptly: Remove the apparel from the dryer promptly to prevent wrinkles and maintain the shape.

– My cotton DTG print got wrinkled, how do I iron it back out?

Wash it cold, then hang dry or tumble dry with no heat and it’ll be nice and fresh! or…

Ironing/De-Wrinkling:

  1. Low Heat Setting: If ironing is necessary, use a low to medium heat setting on your iron for cotton apparel. Check the care label to confirm if ironing is safe for your specific garment.
  2. Iron Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out before ironing to protect the DTG prints and prevent direct contact with the iron.
  3. Use a Pressing Cloth: Place a pressing cloth (a clean piece of cotton fabric) between the iron and the DTG prints to further protect them.
  4. Avoid Steam: Avoid using steam as it can damage the DT prints. Use a dry iron.
